Officers from Prahran Divisional Response Unit have charged a woman with drugs offences after executing a warrant in South Yarra today.
Numerous reports from local traders and residents had been made to police alleging illegal activity in the area.
An operation was commenced which resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old South Yarra woman on Toorak Road earlier this morning.
A warrant was then executed at a Toorak Road address where it is alleged police located drugs, cash and other paraphernalia.
The 42-year-old was charged with traffick drug of dependence, possess drug of dependence, possess prescription medication and possess proceeds of crime.
She has been bailed to appear at court at a later date.
