Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 17-year-old boy following an alleged fatal stabbing in South Yarra on Saturday night.
The Frankston youth was this evening charged with one count of murder.
He will appear before a children's court.
The charges following the death of a 34-year-old Ripponlea man who was located deceased on Surrey Road about 8pm.
