Tasmania Police is continuing to investigate a deliberately lit fire at Holy Rosary Primary School, Claremont on Monday, 6 January 2020.
Police believe there were a number of children or young people using the play equipment and sports grounds at the time of the fire, about 8.30pm.
Investigators would like to hear from any parents who may be aware that their children were in the area at the time.
Any members of the Claremont community who observed any suspicious or disruptive behaviour prior to the fire are also asked to come forward.
