Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Charlton girl Alanna Sargeson.
Alanna was last seen in Essendon on 15 January.
It is believed she may be in the north-east suburbs of Melbourne or the Traralgon area.
Investigators also have reason to believe she may have travelled to New South Wales.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age, the length of time she has been missing and as she has a medical condition.
Investigators have released the below image of Alanna in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Alanna is urged to contact Swan Hill Police Station on 5036 1600.
