Police Employee Charged - Southern Region

A NSW Police civilian employee has been charged with access/modify restricted data held in computer.

The charge follows a complaint to the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission in May 2024.

Following investigations, on Monday (8 July 2024), the employee – who is attached to Southern Region – was issued with a court attendance notice for two counts of access/modify restricted data held in computer.

She will appear before Albury Local Court on Wednesday 11 September 2024.

Her employment status is under review.
