Police hunt for Mordialloc Mercedes thieves

Kingston Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance following a burglary and theft in Mordialloc on Sunday 7 April.

Police believe two people, possibly a man and a woman, arrived at the Treeby Boulevard property at 2.55pm in a late model Audi sedan.

The burglars broke into the house and stole keys to a white 2017 Mercedes A45 sedan registration INB-99 before stealing the car.

The stolen car was last seen travelling north on Boundary Road, Braeside heading toward the Dingley Bypass.

The car has distinctive racing red, yellow and black stripes on the bonnet and rear spoiler.

It also has a rear window sticker stating "Infinity and beyond".

Investigators have released CCTV images of one of the pair, a man, who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries as well as photos of the car, which is still missing.
