Police investigate after man, two teens stabbed - Villawood

Police are investigating after three people were allegedly stabbed in Sydney's south west overnight.

About 1am (Saturday 3 April 2021), emergency services were called to a unit on Woodville Road, Villawood, following multiple noise complaints.

On arrival, police located a large group at the unit who allegedly threw projectiles at officers.

As police were dispersing the crowd, a 19-year-old man was located on Kirrang Avenue with stab wounds to his stomach, shoulder and thigh. He was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

A short time later, two boys – aged 16 and 17 – presented at Blacktown Hospital with stab wounds. They are both in a stable condition.

Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command established separate crime scenes and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the wounding's, which are all believed to have occurred in the Villawood area.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
