Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Mango Hill

Detectives from Redcliffe Criminal Investigation Branch are appealing to the public for information as investigations continue into an armed robbery in Mango Hill in August.

Around 4.15pm on 16 August, police were called to reports of a man entering a business on Halpine Drive armed with a firearm.

The man demanded cash from the employee before running from the scene with a quantity of money.

The employee was not injured.

The man is described as having tanned skinned, 175 to 180cms tall with a proportionate build and dark brown facial hair.

He was wearing a yellow high visibility vest, a white long sleeve jumper, dark coloured long pants, dark brown boots and a black backpack.

Detectives are appealing to anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of Halpine Drive between 4pm to 4.30pm on 16 August to contact police.

Police are also appealing to anyone who recognises the man or has any information to assist the investigation to come forward.
