Police investigate armed robbery at Mountain Creek

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a bakery in Mountain Creek this morning.

At around 7.50am a man entered the business on Karawatha Drive armed with a knife.

The man demanded money from a female staff member before fleeing the scene on foot and was last seen running towards Molakai Drive.

No one was physically injured during the robbery.

The man is described as wearing a long sleeve jumper and long pants.

Anyone with information or dashcam vision from Karawatha Drive or Molakai Drive at around 7.50am this morning is urged to contact police.
