Police have charged three people following an armed robbery at a Robina home last night, 28 July 2025.
It will be alleged that around 10.10pm, three males attended a property on Parkmore Close.
One, who was known to the 17-year-old occupant, was allegedly armed with a machete and demanded money.
The 17-year-old complied and sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Police attended and arrested a 15-year-old boy outside the address. Officers then arrested a 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man in in a vehicle nearby.
A 15-year-old Robina boy has now been charged with one count each of armed robbery, common assault and enter dwelling.
He is scheduled to appear at the Southport Childrens Court today, 29 July 2025.
A 16-year-old Bonogin boy has been charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of armed robbery, common assault, possessing property suspected of having been used in connection with commission of drug offence.
He is scheduled to appear at the Southport Childrens Court on 4 August 2025.
A 20-year-old Mudgeeraba man has been charged with one count each of armed robbery, common assault and enter dwelling.
He is scheduled to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on 11 August 2025.
