Police investigate armed robbery at Yeppoon

Investigators are seeking public assistance to identify a man in relation to an armed robbery at Yeppoon last night (February 21).

A man entered a James Street liquor store armed with a knife and threatened the store attendants, demanding cash.

The man fled the scene on foot with a quantity of cash.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his early 20's, about 160cm tall, wearing a dark-green full-length jacket, red cap, long black pants.

Investigations are seeking any witnesses to come forward.
