Police investigate attempted armed robbery at Bundamba

Detectives have released vision of a man who may be able to assist in the investigation of an attempted armed robbery at a Bundamba supermarket on Wednesday, November 9.

At 2.54pm a man parked a dark coloured Mazda 3 sedan near the Naomai Street store. He entered the store and threatened a female staff member, saying he had a gun.

A male staff member has then approached the man a pushed him back. The man fled the store.

He is described as in his mid-30s, tanned complexion, wearing a black hooded top with a red logo on the front, beige long pants, grey Adidas shoes and a red and white bandana.

Anyone who recognises the man or has further information is urged to contact police.
