Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman at Elizabeth North.
About 6.50pm on Sunday 26 July, police and paramedics were called to a home on Whiteparish Road.
A woman was found deceased inside the home.
A second woman was found unconscious and was treated by paramedics before being taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital. She is in a stable condition and has subsequently been detained under the Mental Health Act.
It is early in the investigation however, no one else is being sought in relation to the incident at this time.
