Police are investigating a structure fire at a residence in Burrawang Court, Rocherlea overnight.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 7.00pm and Tasmania Fire Service quickly extinguished the fire that was contained to one room at the rear of the residence.
Preliminary investigations determined the fire was deliberately lit.
Police are now conducting further investigations.
