Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal house fire which occurred in Narre Warren this morning.
Emergency services were called to Linlithgow Court about 3.30am.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze and a deceased person was located inside the premises.
The exact circumstances surrounding the fire and death are yet to be determined.
