Detectives from the Arson and Explosives Squad are investigating a fatal fire in Sunbury early this morning.
Emergency services were called to the house fire on Baggygreen Street just after 7am.
A woman, believed to be a resident of the address, died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the fire and death are still to be determined.
