Police investigate following attempted robbery - Noble Park

Greater Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating following an attempted robbery on 4 November in Noble Park, Victoria Police say.

It was reported that an unknown male entered a business on the Princes Highway about 6.30pm.

The man is believed to have made a number of purchases from the business before allegedly making demands for cash.

A staff member has then run into a back room.

The man fled from the premises empty handed and is believed to have travelled south on the Princes Highway toward Dandenong.

The offender is perceived as being Caucasion, in his late 40s, and approximately 185cm tall.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
