Police are investigating a home invasion at Narrabri.
About 9pm on Sunday (5 May 2019), a man forced entry to a home on Balonne Street, with his face concealed and armed with a knife.
The man confronted the occupants, a 38-year-old man and 30-year-old woman, before a struggle ensued.
The armed man fled empty-handed.
Police were alerted and officers from Oxley Police District attended and established a crime scene, which was forensically examined.
An investigation into the incident is underway and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
