A man has been arrested following the death of another man in Scoresby overnight.
Police were called to a property in Nardu Court and cordoned off the area after concerns were raised for the welfare of two people believed inside the home on Thursday 7 April about 11.30pm.
Attending police located the body of a man inside the home and a 31-year-old man has been arrested.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still to be determined and a crime scene has been established.
Homicide Squad detectives remain on scene and are investigating.
