Police are appealing for public assistance following stalking incidents involving the same victim in Fairfield over the last month.
Investigators have been told a woman was on a run in Fairfield Park on 26 March around 11am when she noticed an unknown male staring at her.
On 31 March the woman returned home and saw the same man standing across the road staring at her before he crossed the road and approached the victim stating he thought she was someone else.
On 5 April at 8.28pm the man approached the woman's apartments and stood outside the door before the victim told him to leave.
He left but returned at 8.42pm and stood outside the apartments for about 12 minutes before leaving.
The man returned for the final time at 9.36pm and knocked on the victim's door but left after she told him she would call police.
The man is described as being of African appearance, aged in his 30s with long black hair.
He was wearing the same clothing on every occasion which was a black graphic tee-shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a brown leather bag.
Investigators have released images of the man they wish to speak to.
