Police are investigating an incident in the public toilets of a Coburg shopping centre in January.
It's believed an unknown man has followed a woman into the female toilets about 8.15pm on 8 January.
He held his mobile phone over a cubicle and took photos for about 30 seconds.
The woman realised what was happening and called for help.
The man ran out of the toilets, through the shopping centre and out to the carpark.
He is described as aged approximately 35-45-years-old with a solid build, wearing a black cap, black t-shirt, dark-coloured shorts and runners.
Investigators have released CCTV and images of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
