Police are investigating suspicious behaviour in Exeter this morning.
About 8am on Monday 16 August, a teenager was walking west along Harris Street at Exeter, when a man approached her and had a brief conversation.
The man then grabbed her arm and she kicked the suspect in the knee.
He was last seen running east along Harris Street towards Mead Street.
The man is described as being aged in his 50s, slim build, dirty appearance, with tangled hair to his neck. He was wearing ripped jeans and a red 'v-neck' t-shirt.
