Devonport CIB is investigating a suspicious fire at Chep Industrial Pallet Manufacturing Company in Brooke St, East Devonport, last night.
About 2000 of 10,000 pallets worth about $90,000 were destroyed after emergency services were called to the scene about 12.30am this morning.
Seven Tasmania Fire Service crews from brigades around the area attended and were able to protect nearby assets, including trucks and industrial buildings close to the fire.
TFS fire investigators and police remain on the scene.
