Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after the body of a man was located in a property in Templestowe this morning.
Emergency services were initially called to a Porter Street address about 5.20am on Monday, 25 August.
A 52-year-old Templestowe man was located deceased inside the property.
A 54-year-old Pascoe Vale man was arrested at the address and remains in custody.
It is believed the parties are known to one another.
The circumstances surrounding the man's death are yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing.
