An investigation is underway after a man was stabbed in Sydney's south west overnight.
About 11.50pm yesterday (Thursday 16 April 2026), emergency services were called to Stoney Creek Road, Kingsgrove, following reports of concern for welfare.
On arrival, officers attached to St Geroge Police Area Command located a man with stab wounds to his shoulder.
Police were told the 44-year-old man stopped his car when two unknown men approached and stabbed him before leaving on two separate motorcycles.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to a hospital in a stable condition.
A crime scene has been established, and police commenced an investigation into the incident.
