Police Investigating After Stabbing At Guildford

A man has been taken to hospital following a stabbing in Sydney's south west this morning.

About 2.45am today (Saturday 11 April 2026), emergency services were called to a unit on Grove Street, Guildford, following reports of a stabbing.

A 29-year-old man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for stab wounds to his chest and neck before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.

Officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
