Police launch investigation into suspicious house fire at Nowra

An investigation is underway after a house was destroyed by fire in Nowra at the weekend.

About 9.45am (Sunday 25 April 2021), emergency services were called to Kinghorne Street, Nowra, following reports of a house fire.

NSW Rural Fire Service and Fire and Rescue NSW attended and extinguished the blaze.

Officers from South Coast Police District established a crime scene and commenced inquiries.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.

Inquiries are continuing; anyone with information is urged to come forward.
