Police have charged a juvenile following investigations into an alleged assault at Victoria Point on 26 March.
About 3.30pm, two teenage boys allegedly assaulted a 15-year-old Thornlands boy on Colburn Avenue.
The Thornlands boy sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Following investigations by Cleveland Police and the Child Protection Investigation Unit (CPIU) a 13-year-old Thornlands boy was charged with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm whilst in company.
He has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
