Police lay charges over property offences - Ludmilla

Northern Territory Police have arrested a youth and an adult man in relation to alleged property offences last month.

At about 2:30am on Friday 10 September 2021, the two alleged offenders unlawfully gained entry into a commercial property in Ludmilla. The pair cause extensive damage to the exterior of the building before fleeing the scene.

Strike Force Trident detectives located the pair at a residence yesterday in Bagot.

A 16-year-old male has been summoned to appear on 25 October 2021 for:

  • damage property
  • aggravated unlawful entry

Detectives have charged an 18-year-old man with:

  • damage property
  • aggravated unlawful entry
  • recruitment of child

He has been remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
