Police lay charges over unlawful entries - Palmerston

Detectives from Strike Force Trident have arrested two youths, aged 13 and 14, in relation to a number of unlawful entries and an aggravated robbery in Palmerston.

Police allege that between 29 November and 10 December, the two youths, along with unknown co-offenders unlawfully entered three homes in Gray and Moulden.

Following investigations, Trident members arrested the youths on 14 December.

The 13-year-old boy was charged with:

  • 1 X aggravated robbery
  • 2 X damage to property
  • 1 X unlawful entry
  • 1 X aggravated unlawful entry
  • 2 X stealing
  • 1 X unlawful possession

The 14-year-old boy was charged with:

  • 1 X aggravated robbery
  • 3 X damage to property
  • 2 X unlawful entry
  • 1 X aggravated unlawful entry
  • 3 X stealing
  • 1 X unlawful possession

The youths were bailed to appear in court at a later date.
