Northern Territory Police arrested a man in Alawa on Friday night in relation to an incident in Leanyer on New Year's Eve.
The 22-year-old has been charged with:
- Intend serious harm, cause any harm
- Unlawfully cause serious harm
He was remanded in custody to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
Detective A/Superintendent Mark Malogorski said, "We thank the public for their assistance in locating this man".
