Northern Territory Police have arrested two men in relation to a hit and run incident that took place on Tuesday night.
Yesterday, members arrested a 21-year-old man in Katherine, who was identified in the alleged assault of a 39-year-old man.
A short time later, police located the stolen vehicle in a nearby remote community. A 26-year-old man was arrested for the alleged theft.
The 21-year-old man was charged with:
- aggravated assault
- breach of bail
The 26-year-old man was charged with:
- recklessly endanger life
- aggravated assault
- unlawful use of motor vehicle
- traffic offences
They will both face Katherine Local Court today.
