A senior constable from Transit and Public Safety Command has been charged following an internal investigation.
The male officer has been charged with one count of stalking.
It is alleged the conduct occurred while the officer was off duty between December 2020 and October 2021.
The 39-year-old has been charged on summons to appear before court at a later date.
