A male Inspector from Brisbane Region who was stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service in November, 2016 has been returned to operational duties, Queensland Police say.
The officer was subject of an internal investigation into off duty conduct and improper use of Queensland Police Service computer systems.
All discipline matters have been finalised at Deputy Commissioner level and the officer has been demoted. The stand down of this officer has been revoked.
