A sergeant from the northern region was stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service on November 23, 2017, Queensland Police say.
The officer was subject of an investigation regarding allegations of misconduct. The relevant criminal and discipline proceedings have since been finalised. The stand down order has now been revoked and the member has returned to duty.
