A 52-year-old Northern Territory Police Officer has been served with a summons to appear in the Darwin Local Court on 9 January 2019 to face two allegations of sexual intercourse without consent.
This is in addition to two allegations of sexual intercourse without consent already before the court, which have also been adjourned to the Darwin Local Court for the same date, Northern Territory Police say
As these matters are currently before the court, no further information will be released.
