A 50 year old male Constable from the southern region has been charged with three (3) counts of breaching a Police Family Violence Order on 3 separate dates in 2021.
The officer has been restricted to non-operational duties.
The officer has been summonsed to appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on 6 December 2021.
As the matter is now before the court it is inappropriate to make any further comment.
