Just before 3.15pm today (Thursday 21 May 2020), emergency services were called to the intersection of Boronia and Waterloo Roads, Greenacre, after reports of a crash.
A Subaru SUV crashed into a vehicle stopped at the traffic lights before continuing into a nearby shop.
The male driver and 11 pedestrians have been injured. They are currently being treated at the scene; however, their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command are at the scene and are conducting inquiries.
