Police are investigating a fatal crash in Marulan this afternoon, NSW Police say.
About 2.10pm today, emergency services were called to the Hume Highway at Marulan, following reports of a crash.
Initial investigations suggest a truck and a sedan travelling north on the Highway collided.
Following the collision the truck left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
As a result of the crash, the driver of the truck died at the scene.
The passenger of the truck and driver and passenger of the sedan are being treated at the scene for serious injuries and will be airlifted to hospital.
A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing. A brief will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
