Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Bathurst overnight.
Police were called to the home on Seymour Street about 10.10pm yesterday, after reports of an unresponsive 39-year-old male.
The man was treated at the scene, before being taken to Bathurst Hospital where he was pronounced
deceased.
A crime scene was established at the address and detectives from Chifley Local Area Command commenced inquiries.
A female occupant was spoken to by police and has been released.
Inquiries are continuing, NSW Police say.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
