Police re-appeal for missing women and child in Parramatta

Police are re-appealing for assistance from the community to locate two women and a four-year-old boy who have not been seen for over two weeks, NSW Police say.

Melissa Abdilla, 44, Emma McElroy, 23, and four-year-old Brighton Newman were last seen on 13 September 2017 at Parramatta Railway Station.

It’s believed they were intending to travel toward the Blacktown area, but have not been heard from since.

Officers have made a number of inquiries to locate the trio, but have not yet found them and hold concerns for their welfare.

Melissa Abdilla has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, 155-165cm tall, 55-60kg, thin build and with long blonde hair.

Emma McElroy has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160-165cm tall, 60-65kg, medium build and with long hair believed to be dyed auburn.

The four-year-old boy has been described as of Caucasian appearance and with long wavy blond hair.

Anyone who sights them is urged to contact Parramatta Police or Crime Stoppers.
