Police release CCTV images after club robbery

Police have released CCTV images and are appealing for information after a robbery at a club south of Wollongong earlier this year.

About 8.15am on Monday 18 March 2019, two men wearing ski masks entered a club on Lake Avenue, Cringila, approached staff and demanded cash.

No one was physically injured.

The men left the scene with cash and were last seen walking west along Gorrell Street, before fleeing the scene in a silver Holden Commodore sedan, possibly a VZ 2002-2004 model, bearing black and yellow registration plates.

Police have released CCTV images of two men, who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

One man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 30s, approximately 182cm tall, and with a solid build.

He is depicted wearing black track-suit pants, a black hooded jumper, gloves and black shoes with a white motif on the side. He was also carrying a backpack.

The second man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 30s, and of slim build.

He is depicted wearing black pants and a black hooded jumper with a red triangle emblem on the front, black shoes and white socks.
