Police are appealing for information to help locate Samuel Fallshaw as part of this year's 'Forever Loved' Missing Persons Week 2025.
Now age 49, Samuel was last seen at Penrith Train Station about 3pm on Tuesday 28 May 2024.
On Saturday 1 June 2025, Samuel's father contacted police requesting a welfare check on Samuel as his car had been at the intersection of Warks Hill Road and Bells Line of Road in Kurrajong Heights for about five days.
Despite extensive inquiries by Nepean Police Area Command and the Missing Persons Registry to located Samuel – including two separate public appeals for assistance – no one has seen or heard from him since.
Samuel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 180cm tall, of large build with brown medium-length hair and hazel eyes.
He is known to frequent the Eastwood and Hamilton areas and may have been sighted in the Newcastle area as recently as July.
Samuel's Father, Neil Fallshaw, has spoken of the difficulty for his family.
"Whenever we hear of a tragic incident of any kind, we can't help but wonder 'is that him?'," Neil said.
Missing Persons Week is an annual national campaign to raise awareness of the issues and impacts surrounding missing persons and runs between Sunday 3 August and Saturday 9 August 2025.
This year's 'Forever Loved' campaign focuses on acknowledging the experiences of families of missing persons and the impact it can have on their lives.
