Police Respond to Major Crash at Sunshine Coast

The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a serious single e-scooter traffic crash at Aroona this afternoon, 7 December.

Initial investigations indicate, around 12.30pm a 33-year-old woman was travelling along Beerburrum Street when she has lost control and crashed.

The woman was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
