Investigations are underway following a serious three-vehicle crash in the states west today.
Shortly before 6am (Tuesday 15 July 2025) emergency services were called to the intersection of Wallamore Road and Evans Street, Westdale, about 10km west of Tamworth following reports of a three-vehicle crash.
Officers from Oxley Police District attended the scene.
NSW Ambulance paramedics also attended. A 27-year-old man, who was the driver of one of the vehicles, and the passenger, a 38-year-old woman, were treated by paramedics. They were taken to hospital in a stable condition.
A 55-year-old woman, the driver of another vehicle, was also treated by paramedics at the scene. She was airlifted to St George Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the third vehicle was uninjured.
A crime scene was established, and the scene has been examined by officers from the Crash Investigation Unit.
