Police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Longreach

Police are investigating a fatal, single motorcycle traffic crash in Longreach early this morning.

Initial investigations suggest the male rider lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection of Falcon Street and Duck Street at around 3am.

A 19-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
