A motorcyclist has died following a crash on the Mid North Coast yesterday.
About 3.30pm (Monday 5 October 2020), emergency services were called to Wittings Road, Collombatti – about 32km north of Kempsey – after reports of a motorcycle crash.
Police were told the rider, a man aged 59, man was found on the road, ejected from his bike.
He could not be revived and died at the scene.
Officers attached to the Mid North Coast Police District have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
