The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash at Wilsonton this morning, October 10.
Initial investigations indicate at approximately 11am, an e-scooter and a Holden Commodore collided at Richmond Drive and Fitzpatrick Street.
The rider, a 61-year-old Rockville man, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver, a 19-year-old Harlaxton man, was not physically injured and is assisting police with investigations.
Witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV vision is urged to come forward.
Investigations are continuing.
