A 30-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle traffic crash at Wacol this morning, May 28.
Initial investigations indicate at approximately 2.15am, a Ford Mondeo and Toyota Camry crashed at the intersection of Boundary Road and Progress Road.
The male passenger of the Toyota Camry was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The 42-year-old male driver of the Camry was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition with suspected back injuries.
A 26-year-old female passenger of the Camry was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a serious but stable condition with chest and abdominal pain.
The driver of the Ford Mondeo left the scene prior to police arrival and is urged to come forward.
Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are ongoing.
