The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating following a fatal single vehicle traffic crash at Lakeland this morning, 19 August.
Emergency services were called to the Mulligan Highway around 6.30am, after a motorist observed a Toyota Hilux had rolled off the road.
Upon arrival, police located the driver and sole occupant, a 35-year-old Koah woman.
She was declared deceased at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing, anyone with information or relevant vision is urged to contact police.
